Central High School
Class Of 1961

Hi To All!

As our classmates approach that magical day when they celebrate another birthday that ends with a zero, we all must remember that with age comes wisdom. The wisdom of acceptance and the wisdom of happiness.

As I write this, the air temperature in Minnesota is -10 degrees, and the winds are howling - 15-20 mph.  Supposed to be that way pretty much until the 28th of December.  When we were young it would just the time that  you would pull out the "longies" and head for the skating rink, or the toboggan slide.  Ah - but we really were tougher back then - right?

We have lost a number of our classmates - As the one who updates that unexpected and unwelcome news, it seems that it is happening more often.  With the health scares of the past two or so years, I am always happy to hear from many who are feeling good and continue to be active.  Please, if you do hear news of someone, let me know with as much informan that you have at the time.

Lois and I will again journey to South Florida soon - wonder what we'll see when we get there.  I hope you have an opportunity to also stay in a warm place!

Have a very Merry Christmas - and a prosperous New Year!
