Retried and loving it!

The young think retiring is when you get too old to work and they pay you to stay home. Isn't it great! Although I loved my work...I love retirement more!

After twenty-four years at Consolidated Telephone Co, Brainerd, MN., I retired in 2004 where I was the Customer Service and Sales Manager. Upon retirement I immediately bought a high-rise condo downtown St. Paul and have been living and loving "Twin City Life" ever since.

A great job gave me a great retirement and I am fortunate to be able to fulfill my love of travel and also spend winters in Florida. What more can I say...life is good!

A couple of weeks ago I was able to cross off another item on my "bucket list"...skydiving! My motto: I'll try anything once...including marriage!

As I said..."Life is Good"!

If you remember me, then you'll remember Linda Young, Jane Bredemeier, and Becky Evenson ('62) The four of us were, and still are, "best of friends" and hang out often...
