Richard Dwaine Wycoff, 72, of Huntington Beach, passed away Sunday, February 23, 2014. He was born in Mangum, Oklahoma and graduated in 1961 from Grand Forks H.S., North Dakota. Dick Wycoff worked at NASA, UPS and owned a Chevron station in Lake Forest, CA. Upon retirement, he enjoyed golfing, especially at SeaCliff Country Club. Surviving family members include: his sister, Twyla Rue; his half-brother, Lenny Kelly; his daughters, Deborah, Susan Slade (Victoria Noddings), Christine Bone (Alan), Michelle Pennington (Brian): his grandchildren, Ireland, Scarlett, Rachel, Andrew and many nephews, nieces, cousins and his beloved dog Lucy. Surviving are his ex-wives Pamela Fink and Lynda Wycoff.
